Air Fryer Chicken Nuggets
Based on Air Fryer Chicken Nuggets.
Ingredients
200g chicken breast meat
2 tbsp soy sauce
garlic (diced finely)
1 egg, beaten
breadcrumbs (or crushed crackers)
plain flour (just enough to coat)
finely grated parmesan cheese
cooking spray
salt and pepper to taste
(optional) garlic powder, paprika, or any other seasonings you like
Directions
Marinate chicken breast meat in soy sauce and diced garlic for minimum 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
Combine breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper, and any seasoning(s) of your choosing together. Mix well.
Preheat air fryer at 180 degrees Celsius
Slice chicken breast into small pieces about 3-5cm each side.
Coat each piece of chicken meat with flour, followed by the beaten egg, and lastly coat generously with the breadcrumb mixture.
Lightly spray with cooking spray (if no cooking spray, coat with a light light layer of oil with a cooking brush).
Place chicken nuggets into air fryer in a single layer, do not stack them. Cook for 6-8 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
Enjoy alone or with your favourite dipping sauce!
