Breakfast Banana Toast

A quick and easy breakfast!

Ingredients

  • 1 slice bread

  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter

  • 1 teaspoon chia Seeds

  • 1 small or medium banana

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions

  • Toast the bread in a toaster or toaster oven for about 3 minutes

  • Spread the peanut butter over the bread

  • Spoon the chia seeds over the toast and use a knife to swirl them into the peanut butter until incorporated

  • Slice the banana over the top of the toast and spreadout to cover the slice

  • Sprinkle cinnamon on top to taste
