Chicken Garlic Nachos

Ingredients
3-4 chicken breasts
1 can chicken broth
2 tsp cumin
1 4 oz can green chiles (chopped)
1 4 oz can of sliced jalapenos
1/2 cup canola oil
1 lemon
1/4 cup jarred or minced garlic
Monterey jack cheese (shredded)
Restaurant style tortilla chips
Directions
Add chicken breasts, chicken broth, green chiles, sliced jalapenos and 1 tsp cumin to crockpot and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours (or use prepared pulled chicken).
Prepare dressing by mixing canola oil, lemon juice, jarred garlic and 1 tsp cumin.
When chicken is done, shred and spread onto tortilla chips.
Cover chips with cheese and broil until melted.
Pull out of oven and add dressing and more jalapenos to taste.
