Pistachio Coffee Cake
Ingredients
3/4 c sugar
4 medium eggs at room tempature
butter recipe yellow cake mix
8 oz package pistachio instant pudding
2 TBSP cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp salt
1/2 c water
1/2 c veg oil
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 F
Mix together cake mix, pudding, oil, and water
Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well for 8 minutes
Add vanilla
Pour half the batter into pan
Cut in cinnamon and sugar
Pour remaining batter on top
Bake at 350 F for 45 minutes
