ingredients:
- 8 cups cabbage (about 1 head)
- 2 or 3 grated carrots
- 3 stalks celery, chopped fine
- 4 green onions, sliced
- OR 2 bags coleslaw mix
- 1.2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp celery seed
- 1/2 tsp mustard (powder or regular)
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 cup sour cream
directions:
- Bring all dressing ingredients except sour cream to a boil in small pot. Remove from heat and whisk in sour cream. Pour over veggies, sprinkle with garlic granules and mix well.
